We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Peabody that's growing and investing in its team. They're looking for a Maintenance Mechanic who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.

Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00AM - 2:30PM

Location: Peabody, MA

Salary range: $72,000-$75,000/year

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair production equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Support basic building maintenance (lighting, plumbing, HVAC support)
• Follow safety and food industry regulations
• Document repairs and work orders

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of maintenance experience (industrial or facility)
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
